Beaumont Tiles

Beaumont Tiles has four locations in Western Australia for its commercial retail premises. With Beaumont Tiles moving inter-state to establish operations in the Perth area, Actus was required to conduct design review, oversee the tender process and site visits, through to practical completion and project close out.

Across the four separate sites, Actus ensured the design intent was compatible with site constraints, managing it accordingly to achieve the desired outcomes of the customer through close liaison with local authorities and contractors. Providing pragmatic support on the ground across the four locations concerned, Actus provided pragmatic, timely and locally focused advice to assist Beaumont Tiles in their successful transition to the West Coast. Beaumont Tiles continues to trade in the Perth area, providing jobs and contributing to the local economy.
