Treeby Shopping Centre is a contemporary retail metro centre catering to a variety of essential services, including a pharmacy, chiropractic services, grocery shopping, childcare services and other retail outlets.

Actus is proud to have delivered this development, from concept and design through to practical completion. Managing a complex planning process through to a successful outcome, Actus devised innovative means to increase the floor area at Treeby whilst maintaining its pleasing aesthetic and ensuring it complemented the surrounding area.

The project at Treeby was an excellent example of how Actus can lead and manage a variety of consultants and contractors to realise a vision and deliver it to the highest standards for the customer. Treeby continues to be a thriving commercial space at the heart of a community in South Perth.
